I started the 6 Week Programme to get my overall fitness to a better standard, lose weight and get my BMI down to a satisfactory level. My fitness improved considerably over the 6 weeks. The sessions are very structured to accommodate all levels of fitness from beginners to fitter people.
The biggest achievement has been my weight loss which was 96.7 KG at the start and after the 6 weeks it is down to 90kg, and I lost 6% body fat which has brought my BMI down considerably.
The programme has educated me about what I eat and what areas IÂ need to target to get the best results, especially with meal ideas and good food choices that are shared throughout the group. I just want to thank Tonin and Emma for the encouragement and knowledge that I have gained and the encouragement to push on when you feel you have nothing left.
